Tempe has wonderful shopping opportunities within the Arizona Mills mall, the largest entertainment mall in the state. It is also home to a large themed aquarium called Sea Life Arizona. Phoenix has many wonderful attractions as well such as the unique Heart Museum, Chase Field, the Desert Botanical Gardens and much more. Even Scottsdale is not that far away and on Thursday evenings, you can enjoy the Scottsdale Art Walk amidst the more than 100 art galleries in the downtown section of the city.
